What to expect

We know starting anything new can be intimidating. Here's some advice to help you to feel comfortable on your first visit.

What should I wear?

MT Kickboxing: T-shirt or tank top and shorts or pants that allow a full range of motion. Bare feet.

Jiu-Jitsu: We will provide you with a gi top to wear in your first class. Please wear a t-shirt or rashguard under the gi top and shorts or pants that allow a full range of motion. Bare feet.

What should I bring?

You or your child will probably get thirsty during your workout, so please bring your water bottle!
